“From one perspective, one can say that all of our lives have been entwined from the beginning, here at Graland. We are bound together by our memories which make us special and unique to each other.
Nobody else shares these experiences but us, and nobody else can relate to them or can relate to each other as we do. Over the years this bond has been a source of comfort and warmth whenever I recalled my days at Graland.
I realize how fortunate I am that all of you have been a part of my life, and that it is you who have made these memories at Graland so wonderful. I will always hold tightly to these memories as I have so done for the past fifty years.
Perhaps our paths will cross again some day; I hope so.”
